The world's only ski-in distillery is located at the bottom of "Town Lift" in historic Park City, Utah. With its rustic ambiance, delicious drinks, and award-winning whiskeys, it's no wonder why High West Distillery's Saloon is the place to enjoy a cocktail or two après-ski.

High West Distillery's Saloon is located in what was once the National Garage, a historic building that was built in the early 1900s. The building served as a garage for many years before it was converted into a saloon in 2009 by High West Distillery's founder, David Perkins.

From classic cocktails like the Old Fashioned and the Manhattan to inventive creations like the Campfire Sling and the Double Rye Sour, there's something for everyone on the menu. One of the saloon's signature cocktails is the Western Sour, which is made with High West's Double Rye whiskey, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup. It's the perfect combination of sweet and sour, with just the right amount of kick.

Another must-try cocktail is the Dead Man's Boots, which is made with High West's American Prairie Bourbon, sweet vermouth, and orange bitters. It's a smooth and sophisticated drink that is sure to impress even the most discerning cocktail connoisseur. Of course, no visit to High West Distillery's Saloon would be complete without trying the food. The saloon's menu features a range of dishes that are inspired by the flavors of the American West, including bison chili, elk sliders, and whiskey-glazed pork chops.

One standout dish is the High West Burger, which is made with locally-sourced beef, white cheddar cheese, and a house-made aioli. It's the perfect meal to pair with one of the saloon's signature cocktails.
